Cancellation Policies:

More than two rooms that are connected to each other by a gathering/event carry a thirty day cancellation policy, which overrides the seven (7) day cancellation policy. Should cancellation occur prior to thirty (30) days
of arrival, there will be a $25 cancellation fee per room/reservation. Should cancellation occur within thirty (30) days of arrival, and the reservation is for one night, that revenue will be foreited. If the reservation is for more than one night, the cancellation charges will be at 50% per reservation/room booked.

 

STANDARD RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

Standard reservation cancellation policy: Should cancellation occur prior to seven days of arrival, there will be a $15 service charge per reservation/per room booked.

Should cancellation occur within seven days of arrival, one night will be forfeited for each reservation/room booked.
