Multiple Room Reservations:
Rooms that are booked in connection with attending the same function (wedding, dining experience, birthday/anniversary celebration, reunions, gathering of friends, etc. carry the following cancellation policy:
A. Cancellation occurs BEFORE thirty days of arrival…Cancellation fee $25 per room.
B. Cancellation occurs WITHIN thirty days of arrival……
- If one night only, full amount forfeited
- If more than one night, 50% of total due is forfeited
NOTE: This policy applies to a single reservation or an individual making a reservation for a number of rooms or any combination of individuals making a reservation for an event as described above.
STANDARD RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
DEFINED AS: A single booking for an individual(s) with no connection to other guests.
A. If cancellation occurs PRIOR to seven days of arrival, $15 fee.
B. If cancellation occurs WITHIN 7 days of arrival, one night is forfeited.
